For use in salads, mezes and main dishes.

Pickled pepper range: yellow and red peppers in fillet cut, 370 cc pack (pepper, water, vinegar, sugar, salt; net 350 g, drained 180 g), sweet Lombardi peppers in vinegar and sugar, mildly hot Macedonian peppers, Greek peppers in vinegar and salt, hot peppers prepared with only water and vinegar, green and red Frenk peppers in vinegar and salt, and "Biberiye" peppers in vinegar and salt.
