BASMA Global (BASMA GLOBAL LOJİSTİK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, formerly Basma Express) is an air freight and customs clearance company registered in Istanbul (Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, reg. no. 1033463); its team has worked in shipping since 2014. It has two warehouses in Istanbul (Fatih and Yenibosna). Shipment types: • Part-load (consolidated) air freight: commercial and personal shipments are collected at the Istanbul warehouses and flown together on scheduled flights, from a single carton to wholesale loads. • Destinations: Saudi Arabia (main destination), the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain, with delivery to the address according to the agreed service; other international destinations depending on cargo type, quantity and route availability. • Commercial cargo to Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait with coordination of customs clearance documents, including foods, honey, food supplements and cosmetics; for regulated products, acceptance requirements and permits are reviewed for each destination before shipping. • Personal parcels and excess baggage, with a shipment number for tracking. Added services: pickup depending on the shipment's location in Istanbul (hotels, suppliers, warehouses), packing and weighing; and for merchants, storage, order preparation, distribution and cash on delivery through operating arrangements and partnerships with contracted partners in destination markets, including the partnership with SMSA.
