Omani Vegetable Oils & Derivatives Co. was established in 2005 in the Raysut Industrial Estate, Salalah, promoted by Dhofar Cattle Feed Co., Dhofar Insurance Co. and Dhofar International Development and Investments Holding Co. The Oman News Agency reported in 2022 that the company's annual output was about 80,000 tons in 2021 and that it produces palm, sunflower and corn cooking oils and blends, alongside rice, grains, flour and tuna, exporting to the GCC, Africa and the Middle East. Its oils are sold under brands including Al Safa, A'Saadah, Salalah, Taibah, Sahi, Bahjah, Diyah, Sunlife and A'Safwah, and it offers private labelling. Its former website listed ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22000 (HACCP) certifications.
