Mutlu Makarnacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., based in Gaziantep, says it has been producing since 1972 and cites more than 50 years of experience in the sector. It describes itself as Türkiye's largest pasta producer with 100% domestic capital and says its plant is among the world's 10 largest pasta facilities. According to the company, its fully automated plants have daily capacities of 4,400 tons of wheat processing, 1,850 tons of pasta, 1,600 tons of flour and 80 tons of Moroccan couscous. It produces on a total of 195 decares in Gaziantep's 2nd and 5th Organized Industrial Zones, and a flour plant in Tekirdağ started operating in 2022. It also cites an on-site cogeneration plant and solar panels. The company says it offers 50 products across pasta, flour, semolina and couscous. Its series include classic products, Mutlu Gourmet, vegetable and whole wheat pasta, alongside Mac & Cheese and gluten-free pasta. It states that it began producing moyen and fine couscous in 2020 and describes itself as Türkiye's first and only couscous producer. Its English site lists further brands including Angelina, Bahar, Fanetta, Makaroma, Nile, Pasta Lusso and Pasta Ricco. The company says it exports to more than 100 countries on six continents and reports USD 253 million in exports for 2025, ranking itself 111th among Türkiye's exporters (TİM 2025) and 147th among its industrial enterprises (ISO 2025). Its certificates page shows BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 and ISO 50001, and it says its plant produces in line with halal and kosher standards.
