FODlink is a B2B listing platform that connects suppliers and buyers of food and agricultural products across the Arab world and Türkiye. We provide a space to showcase companies, offers and requests and to facilitate contact.
FODlink is not a party to any deal between users and does not guarantee the quality of goods, prices, payment or shipping. Verification and contracting are the responsibility of both parties.
2. Eligibility & Account
- You must be an authorized representative of a genuine business.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
- The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
3. User Content & Listings
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your offers, requests, products and company images.
- You grant FODlink a non-exclusive license to display and automatically translate this content within the platform.
- The administration may review content and approve, reject or hide it.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Post false, misleading or impersonating information.
- List illegal, prohibited or non-compliant goods.
- Send spam, attempt to hack the platform or otherwise misuse it.
5. Dealings Between Users
Any negotiation, agreement, payment or shipping takes place directly between the parties and at their own responsibility. We always recommend verifying the other party before sending any payment and reviewing the Security & Support page.
6. Intellectual Property
The FODlink name, logo and platform design are owned by us. Content you publish remains yours, subject to the display license above.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, FODlink is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from deals between users or reliance on platform content.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice where necessary.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates.
