Alawtad for Food Supplies

Alawtad for Food Supplies states that it opened in Amman in 2005 and has specialised from the outset in the creation, development, production and distribution of flavourings for the food and beverage industry; it is located in Al-Muwaqqar – Al Nuqira. It says its expertise rests on market knowledge, raw-material sourcing, an experienced R&D team and high-performance research and manufacturing tools, allowing it to develop tailor-made flavourings in line with relevant legislation. Its range covers flavours for non-alcoholic drinks (sodas, juice drinks, energy drinks, iced teas and coffees, flavoured waters, cordials, instant powdered drinks and malt beverages); powder and liquid dairy and cheese flavours (yoghurts, white and processed cheese, ice cream, butter); flavours for confectionery, candies, chewing gum, chocolate, jellies and puddings; flavours for biscuits, cakes and baked goods; and more than 1,000 powder savoury flavours and seasonings for snacks, ready meals, instant soups, canned foods, meat products and sauces. It also supplies micronutrients, functional ingredients and colours for beverages, and flavours for shisha molasses. The company states that it serves Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, the GCC area and other markets; its website does not mention quality certifications.
