AGA – Nile Agro Industries

Nile Agro Industries (AGA) is an Egyptian agricultural processing company founded in 1982 and part of the Nile Projects Group. Its plant stands on a site of more than 30,000 square metres in Aga, Dakahlia, in the heart of the Nile Delta. The company also has a head office and distribution centre in Cairo and a branch in Alexandria. AGA produces more than 60,000 tons a year of frozen vegetables and fruits, natural juices, jams, pickles, olive oil and vinegar. Its frozen range includes molokhia, okra, green beans, peas, peas & carrots, mixed vegetables, artichoke, colocasia, spinach, green and peeled broad beans, pomegranate, mango pulp and frozen strawberry. AGA juices include natural juices, juices with fruit pieces and drinks. Pack sizes are 190 ml doy-packs, 240 ml and 320 ml cans, 250 ml Tetra Pak, and 250 ml and 1 L glass bottles. The pickles and olives line covers whole and sliced green olives, Spanish and Kalamata black olives, olives with carrots, peppers, Mexican peppers, lemons with herbs, onions, cucumbers and vine leaves. For export, the company offers IQF strawberry, artichoke, broccoli, cauliflower, fruits and mixed vegetables, together with juices, jams, pickles, olive oil and vinegar.
