Al Doha Foods is an Egyptian food company founded in 1980. It processes and packs dry foods for Egyptian households and international markets. The head office is in the Qatameya Investment Industrial Zone in Cairo, and the company also operates in 10th of Ramadan City. The range includes premium rice (Egyptian, Jasmine and Golden, pre-washed and ready to cook) and pure Italian semolina pasta in shapes such as vermicelli, spaghetti, penne rigate, fusilli, elbows, risoni and small and big rings. It also covers beans, unbleached all-purpose flour, refined sugar, and herbs and spices. The company has also developed convenience lines. These are Easy Rice mixes, Easy Pasta quick-cook dishes and Fit Choice, a pasta made from semolina, lentils, oats and vegetables that is rich in protein and a source of fibre. Al Doha says it works under ISO-certified quality systems. For export partners, it offers tailored solutions from product selection through to packaging.
