Al Karma Kitchen, a project of the Jordan River Foundation, was established in 2006 in Jabal Al-Nasr, East Amman. It offers a wide variety of freshly cooked foods prepared by local community women, including Ma'amoul, cookies, locally infused spicy macarons, and 13 handcrafted frozen food items made with the finest ingredients.
