Anı Biscuits

Anı Bisküvi A.Ş. is a Turkish manufacturer founded in 1995 in Karaman. It began with biscuit production and grew into a broad bakery and confectionery producer, operating a factory with 65,000 m² of open and 115,000 m² of covered area and about 1,500 employees. The range spans biscuits (sandwich, cream-filled, petit beurre, baby biscuits, fingers, marshmallow biscuits), coated and uncoated wafers in cocoa, vanilla, chocolate and pistachio flavours, cakes, chocolate products, crackers and confectionery, as well as hazelnut cream, cocoa cream and chocolate chips. Products are sold under brands such as Brawo, Dark Light, Tatpo and Bischomio, in a variety of pack sizes and also as bulk products. The company exports to many countries worldwide and was Karaman's top exporter in 2011–2014. It holds ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, Halal, TSE and ISO 27001 certification and has a regional office in Istanbul.
