Ansu Gıda is a Turkish food producer founded in 1989 in Antalya that combines traditional jam-making recipes with modern technology. Its products are sold under the Antalya Reçelcisi and Antalya 1989 brands, and it has regional offices in Istanbul and İzmir. The range includes high-fruit jams, marmalades, spreadable fruit products, tahini, pekmez (fruit molasses), pomegranate sour and other sour sauces, chutneys designed to accompany charcuterie and cheese boards, and ezme-style pastes. Ansu offers private label production, developing recipes, pack weights, packaging and labels to match a customer's brand and target market, as well as bulk packs for hotels, restaurants and professional kitchens. Production includes raw material testing and automated filling with metal detection and weight control. Its products reach 19 countries, including Germany, the USA, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Bulgaria, Northern Cyprus, Uzbekistan, Bahrain and the Netherlands, and production is supported by ISO 22000, HACCP, Halal and BRC certification.
