A'Saffa Foods SAOG was established in 2001 and is the largest fully integrated poultry and food processing project in the Sultanate of Oman. Its farms cover 50 square kilometres in Thumrait, Dhofar Governorate, where its plant produces fresh and frozen chicken. Its Muscat plant makes processed products under the A'Saffa, Khayrat and Taybat brands, such as franks, burgers, nuggets and fillets. It exports frozen chicken to the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Yemen.
