Burak Tarım is a Turkish hazelnut processing factory in Ünye, Ordu. Its journey began in 1980; in 2010 it acquired a 5,000 m² facility with 25 million kg of annual processing capacity, followed by a 2021 project for a 10,000 m² plant with 60 million kg per year. It has ranked 329th among Turkey's top 500 industrial enterprises. The range covers in-shell and salted in-shell hazelnuts, natural skin-on kernels, roasted and double-roasted kernels, roasted halves, roasted pieces and roasted hazelnut flour, as well as blanched kernels, blanched pieces, blanched hazelnut flour and sliced hazelnuts. Quality control runs from raw material purchasing to final shipment, supported by an equipped laboratory for physical, chemical, microbiological and toxin analyses, under ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 (HACCP) systems. The company exports to 50 countries.

Whole hazelnuts inside their hard outer shell. Also available roasted and salted after cracking.
Roasted Hazelnut Kernels
Roasted hazelnut kernels with about 5% skin and 0.8–2% moisture, also offered double-roasted, as halves, pieces and flour. Used in chocolate, confectionery and bakery.
Blanched Hazelnuts
Skinless blanched hazelnut kernels with 3–5% moisture, available as whole kernels, pieces, flour and slices. Suited to food applications that need a light colour.
