Al Awsat Charcoal Factory in Ismailia has been in the charcoal manufacturing business for nineteen years and is considered one of the oldest factories of its kind in Egypt and Africa, with a monthly production capacity of 1,200 tons. It exports orange wood and firewood charcoal.
