Fabro Foods is an exporter based in Konak, İzmir. It was founded by professionals from international trade and the food industry, whose team brings more than 20 years of experience. The company specialises in sourcing and supplying premium olive oil and selected food products, works with trusted producers and controls every stage from sourcing to delivery. The olive oil range covers extra virgin (acidity ≤0.8%), virgin (acidity ≤2.0%), blended/Riviera, and olive pomace oil for industrial kitchens and food manufacturing. Vegetable oils include refined sunflower oil and palm oil. The portfolio also includes rice cakes made from organic rice, which are gluten-free and suitable for vegans, and a 100% buckwheat product. Olives come in many varieties, sizes and calibres, with flexible packaging for retail, food service and industrial use. Fabro also offers a Himalayan salt grinder, a black pepper grinder, oregano, thyme, paprika, chili flakes and garlic powder. Its jams come in strawberry, apricot, sour cherry, orange, fig, mixed berries, quince and grape.
