Gourmet Distribution

Gourmet Distribution presents itself as a food products distributor based in Sétif, with its head office at 87 Rue Cherif Lamnaouar. Its website says it distributes well-known food brands and has more than ten years of experience, and describes the company as a leader in distributing premium food brands in Algeria with more than 1,980 customers. The company says it chose to concentrate its resources on three wilayas, Sétif, Constantine and M'Sila, rather than promise a national coverage that would be hard to sustain, in order to ensure a regular on-shelf presence at points of sale and a close service to its customers and partner brands. It states that it has a warehouse in Sétif with 3,000 m² of storage capacity, used to store partner brands' products and prepare orders, that it delivers regularly to customers in the three wilayas, and that it relies on a dedicated field sales team to follow up points of sale and take orders. The company's website lists the food brands it distributes: Takelait, for milk and dairy products, which the site describes as a leader in UHT milk and milk drinks; Vag d'or Chips, for fast-moving potato chips and salty snacks in family and single-serve packs; El Boustane, for Algerian-made sauces and canned foods; J'nane Kidoo, a range of juices and fruit drinks aimed at children and families; Taco Tac, for tortillas and Mexican-inspired snacks; and Sary, for fruit juice drinks in 20 cl cartons. The company sums up its services to partner brands as storage, distribution and field presence, and invites manufacturers and brand owners to contact it about distributing their products in Sétif, Constantine and M'Sila. It shares news and its field activity on its Facebook and Instagram pages.
