Jabaliyeh is a family business rooted in the mountains of Jaj in Byblos, Lebanon. We grow our own organic produce and turn it into authentic Lebanese preserves using long-lasting family traditions. Everything is made in small batches from our own farmland with no pesticides, no added flavors and no chemicals - just good natural ingredients: jams, pickles, honey, apple cider, blossom water and wild thyme.
