Jordanian Advanced For Food Industry Co. (JAFI) is a processed-meat manufacturer in King Abdullah II Industrial City, Sahab (Amman). The company states it was founded in 2003 by a team of experts with modern production lines for chilled, canned and frozen products, and that its brands — Tulkarem, Al Kanz and Ghadeer Al-Islamieh — are widespread in Arab markets. Its range, made from beef, chicken and turkey, covers mortadella (plain, olive, pepper, pistachio and Lebanese mix) in 500 g, 1 kg and 2.5 kg logs and 180–200 g slices; smoked and barbecued roasts (turkey breast, roast beef, flavoured roasts with Italian herbs, hot chili or honey); pastrami; salami and pepperoni; bacon and beef brisket; hot dogs in 450 g packs; luncheon meat in 200 g, 340 g and 800 g; and canned beef and corned beef.
