Koki – Cairo Poultry Processing Company

Cairo Poultry Processing Company was established in 1992 within the Cairo Poultry Group and markets its products under the Koki brand. It started with its first plant in 10th of Ramadan City and later added the Nubaria slaughterhouse with a capacity of 10,000 birds per hour; the group follows an integrated model covering grandparents, parents, hatcheries, broilers, processing, feed and distribution. Its range includes whole frozen chicken, chicken cuts, ready-to-cook marinated products and breaded products, as well as fresh chicken with a six-day shelf life from the date of slaughter.
