TOFFIMELT is a Jordanian artisanal caramel and toffee brand founded by Rami Haikal in Amman and operated through Muhtaref Al-Halwa Factory for the Food Industry. Its website says the family's sweet-making story began four generations ago in downtown Amman, and that Toffimelt carries on the tradition with recipes that combine old craft with new flavour combinations. The company makes three lines: Toffee Crunch, buttery toffee coated with chocolate in almond, pistachio, knafeh and cookies & cream flavours (170-200 g packs); soft caramels in salted vanilla, coffee cardamom, rose water & pistachio, chilli dark chocolate and gingerbread & pecan flavours (200 g packs); and a sea-salted caramel sauce, alongside dessert gift boxes. The company states that its products are handcrafted in Amman in small batches and made fresh to order within 24-72 hours. It currently sells through its online shop with delivery in Amman and free pickup in Bayader or 5th Circle, and invites retailers to apply through a 'Become a Retailer' programme.
