Pakistan Rice Export Company operates within Al Habib Industries, with more than 25 years of experience in rice milling, processing and export. Its head office sits in the Rice Trade Center at Dandia Bazar in Karachi, supported by two plants — one in the SITE industrial area of Karachi and one on Sheikhupura Road in Muridke, Punjab — plus representation in Islamabad. The company is horizontally integrated from farm to export: it distributes approved seed to directly linked growers, operates godowns fitted with fumigation and aeration systems, and runs a laboratory equipped with a mini mill, a Kett whiteness meter and aflatoxin testing. Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) is carried out on every export order, and shipment photos and documents are shared with the buyer over WhatsApp as the order progresses. Its range covers 1121 basmati (white, golden sella and steamed), Super Kernel, PK-386, IRRI-6, IRRI-9 and broken rice, under labels including "Shahi Dawat" and "Mama". The company also supplies other food lines for export: Himalayan pink salt, fried onion, vermicelli, honey, spices, dry fruits and frozen seafood. Products are exported to the USA, Europe, Australia and the Middle East.
