Portist Lojistik (Port East) is a shipping and logistics company based in Fatih, Istanbul. It handles sea, air and road freight from Turkey to most countries, together with customs clearance, and also works in import/export and trade brokerage between importers and Turkish suppliers. For sea freight it offers full containers (FCL, 20 ft and 40 ft) and part-container shipping (LCL) for cargo that does not need a whole container, working with lines including Maersk, MSC, Hapag-Lloyd, CMA CGM and Arkas. Its road fleet includes trucks of various sizes, among them refrigerated trucks for food and juices and car carriers, with door-to-door delivery. Express air freight is handled through partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS and Aramex, with a tracking number for every shipment. Customers can use its Istanbul warehouses to consolidate shipments, and it provides wooden-crate packing. Main destinations are the Gulf states, Iraq, the EU, Russia, Central Asia, the United States, Canada and Australia; it also has an office in Kuwait. Freight rates exclude customs duties in the destination country.
