Del Libano describes its product as pasta made in Lebanon by Lebanese hands to the finest standards using high-protein Lebanese durum wheat, dried naturally for 10 to 18 hours without industrial additives. The factory is in the Industrial Zone, Hirsh El Assi, Baissour. Source records (Berytech) describe it as the first automated Lebanese pasta factory, commissioned in 2021, and list spaghetti, lasagna, tagliatelle, fusilli, penne and whole-wheat pasta.
