Nada Happiness (Nada Happiness Trading LLC) presents itself as a pioneer in Oman's retail, wholesale, distribution and trading sectors, based in Seeb Souq, Muscat. Its corporate profile says the Nada Happiness Group began in 2010 with a small roastery outlet in Seeb Souq and has grown into an FMCG group serving Oman and the GCC; the company says it comprises two companies, six divisions, twenty outlets and more than 30,000 products, with a team of over 450 people. It is chaired by Abdul Salam, with Abdul Ashif as managing director and Abdul Saleem as director. The company says it set up its Consumer Products Division in 2015 to serve retailers across Oman, and that this division manages a portfolio of consumer goods and packaged foods that it takes to supermarkets, convenience stores and digital channels, supported by a distribution network, a sales and merchandising team and partnerships with top hypermarkets. Its LinkedIn page says the distribution division delivers to business owners, grocery stores and large supermarkets such as Lulu, Nesto and Carrefour. Its wholesale arm serves retailers, traders, hotels, restaurants and caterers; goods move on a fleet of trucks and vans, and the group moved to a central warehouse in 2020. Its outlets are in Seeb, Ruwi, Hamriya, Mabela, Ghala, Ghubra, Misfah, Sharadi, Sur and Salalah. Its "Our Brands" page shows brands including Rasna, Tayaş, Hutesa, Nutridor's Abevia, Kingsley, Kottackal Mayil, Nellon, Kajah Tea, Star Leo, Soubhagya, Abu Zoya, Lamar, Hassan, Hassan Gold, Abeer, Hawwa, Rabiyah, Galina, NimNim, Mooni, Tiger, Sunrise Gold, American Kitchen, Swad and Star Fries. The Consumer Division page shows shelves of Rasna powdered drinks under a "Powder juice" sign. The company says its brands are selected for their commitment to quality and that every product it distributes meets the highest standards. Its roastery division offers coffee, Omani kahwa, dates and dried fruits, and its confectionery division offers assortments and gifts. The company owns the Bismi processed-food brand, launched in 2019 with a packing division, and says it processes halal raw materials at its facility in Oman; in 2025 it launched the Jafian Foods division for premium food products. It runs the Nada Market retail chain and Noor Hypermarket in Sharadi, and says it has opened an office in Dubai. It aims to become one of the most trusted FMCG groups in the region.
