Indemaj Food Co. presents itself as a frozen food trading and supply company based in Amman, Jordan. It states that it was established in 2011 with a single mission: to deliver premium frozen food products to businesses across the region with uncompromising quality and supply consistency. According to its site, its team numbers nearly 100 dedicated professionals. The company says it runs a comprehensive cold-chain infrastructure, with temperature-controlled storage and logistics from source to the customer's loading dock, and that it serves wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets and food service operators, covering procurement, quality control and temperature-controlled delivery. It describes itself as having operated in Jordan's frozen food supply chain for more than 15 years, serving the regional market. Its portfolio spans five categories sourced from qualified international suppliers: frozen meat (beef, lamb and veal cuts from certified suppliers); poultry (whole and portioned chicken, turkey and other poultry products in a variety of pack formats for wholesale and food service); seafood (IQF fish fillets, shrimp, squid and mixed seafood from international fisheries); frozen vegetables (IQF and block-frozen vegetables such as peas, corn, beans, mixed blends and specialty items for retail and food service); and other frozen items including frozen pastries, dairy, specialty items and value-added frozen products. It says its full product list and current availability are available from its team on request. The company sums up what sets it apart in four points: more than 15 years of experience with deep supplier relationships and market knowledge, an unbroken cold chain, rigorous supplier qualification and product inspection so that every item leaving its facility meets strict food safety standards, and consistent stock availability across all categories. Its site does not name specific brands or certifications.
