Food Specialities Limited (FSL) presents itself as an award-winning food and beverage ingredients company in the Middle East and Africa, headquartered in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai. Its FMCG division markets and distributes international brands to hypermarkets, supermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, food service businesses and e-commerce across the GCC. The company names itself an established FMCG supplier in the UAE of Australia's Safcol tuna, salmon and sardines, Koka and Sanwa noodles, and Coco Dee coconut water. It says it is the authorised reseller of milk powders and butter from NZMP (Fonterra) and Valio, and it supplies milk powders from Laktopol, nuts and dried fruits (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts, raisins, peanuts), bulk spices (cardamom, turmeric, black pepper, cumin, coriander), and starch, rice, chickpeas, sesame, sunflower seeds and desiccated coconut. Its ingredients division supplies bakery, confectionery, culinary, dairy, juice and beverage, meat, snack and plant-based ingredients and flavours.
