Nuh's Ankara Makarnası was founded in 1951 by Nuh Eskiyapan, Ahmet Eskiyapan and Kemal Yurtbilir, starting in a small workshop and moving to a facility in Iskitler in 1956. Its current manufacturing complex has been located in the 1st Organized Industrial Zone of Ankara since 1996. The company states a monthly capacity of 21,000 tons of pasta semolina and 19,000 tons of finished pasta. Its range covers classic, enriched, vegetable-added, bran and whole wheat pasta, plus the Veronelli brand. It states that it operates in 70 countries, including Japan, Germany, China, South Korea, Thailand, the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom and the Turkic Republics.
