Siniora Food Industries states that its brand traces back to its founding in Jerusalem in 1920 and that its Jordanian factory was established in 1992 at the King Abdullah II Bin Al-Hussein Industrial Estate in Sahab. It is a public shareholding company traded on the Amman Stock Exchange, whose main shareholder is the Arab Palestinian Investment Company (APIC); it also has factories in Palestine and Dubai (Al Masa), the Polonez company in Turkey, and the Unium brand acquired in 2011. The range covers cold cuts — beef, chicken and turkey mortadella (plain, with pepper, olives, pistachio, vegetables, light), smoked meats, salami, slices, sausages and hot dogs; canned meats — beef, chicken, turkey and mixed luncheon in cans from 200 g to 1.8 kg; frozen foods added in 2015 such as burgers, escalopes, spiced fillets, pastries and kubbeh; and the plant-based brand Badeel. Its website cites a range of more than 1,220 SKUs. The company states that it holds ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000 and HACCP, that it began exporting to neighbouring countries in 1996, and that its products reach Palestine, Syria, Lebanon, the Gulf states, Yemen, Egypt, Libya and Sudan. It is listed in the Jordanian Exporters Directory 2025–2026 published by the Amman Chamber of Industry.
