Pacific Rice Mills has processed and exported Pakistani rice since 1994, headquartered in the PECHS area of Karachi. It operates a processing unit rated at 500 tons per day in the North West Industrial Zone at Port Qasim, and a husking unit in Talhar, District Badin, Sindh, giving it an integrated supply chain from paddy to shipment. Its range covers premium basmati, parboiled sella, medium-grain IRRI-6 and brown rice, exported to more than 50 countries worldwide. The company is a member of the Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP) and follows an integrated processing chain including temperature-controlled drying and storage, optical colour sorting, polishing and quality control before packing and export.
