Uğuray Süt is a Turkish dairy company founded in Aksaray in 1982, which broadened its range in 1990 to white cheese, kaşar, tulum and cream cheese. In 2000 it moved to its site in the Aksaray Organised Industrial Zone, covering 40,000 m² open and 10,000 m² enclosed area, and in 2010 it commissioned a spray dryer unit dedicated to the milk powder and whey powder group. Production starts with the intake of milk approved by laboratory analysis, followed by pasteurisation, concentration in evaporators and spray drying. The powders are packed with zero-touch technology in 25 kg three-ply kraft bags lined with a polyethylene bag. The company also produces a calf milk replacer (Buzağı Maması).

Milk Powder — spray dried, 25 kg bags
Milk powder produced on the spray dryer unit commissioned in 2010. Incoming milk is accepted only after laboratory analysis, then pasteurised, sent to evaporators to raise its dry matter and finally spray dried into powder. The powders are packed with zero-touch technology in 25 kg three-ply kraft bags lined with polyethylene and made ready for dispatch. Suitable for confectionery, bakery and dairy manufacturers and for repacking.
Whey Powder (PST — Peyniraltı Suyu Tozu)
Cheese whey powder from the same powder group served by the spray dryer unit in operation since 2010. It supplies lactose and milk solids at a lower cost than milk powder and is used in bakery, biscuits, confectionery, ice cream, dry food powder blends and compound dairy products. Packing is identical: 25 kg three-ply kraft bags with polyethylene liner, handled with zero-touch technology. Analytical specifications are supplied per production batch.
Calf Milk Replacer (Buzağı Maması)
A milk replacer for calf feeding, produced alongside the food powder group and presented in a separate section of the company's official website. The line draws on the same dairy-derivative and whey powder base, and is of interest to importers of livestock inputs and to dairy cattle farms. Formulation details, protein and fat levels and pack sizes are available from the company; veterinary import requirements in the destination country should be reviewed before shipment.
