Unat Yağ Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is a Turkish international company with over 20 years of experience in vegetable oils and margarine. In 2016 it opened a state-of-the-art factory in Mersin 2nd Organized Industrial Zone spanning 60,000 m² with a daily capacity of 500 tonnes of liquid vegetable oil and 200 tonnes of margarine and shortening. It produces under the İnci, Unat, Dok and Forz brands a wide range of refined oils (sunflower, corn, cottonseed, canola, soybean) and vegetable shortenings for kitchens, pastry and confectionery. Ranked among Turkey's top 500 industrial enterprises (ISO 500, 2021). Exports to 50+ countries across 4 continents and exhibits at Gulfood Dubai, World Food Istanbul and Anuga Cologne.
