White Pearl Rice Mills Ltd — White Pearl Group

White Pearl Rice Mills Ltd is the rice arm of the White Pearl Group, founded in 1962 by Haji Muhammad Nazir. The group operates one of the most modern rice milling complexes in the world, with fully integrated milling, processing and packing lines rated at 300,000 tons per annum — regarded as the largest rice mill in Pakistan. Its mills sit inside the rice fields themselves in Hafizabad, and the group owns rice plantations managed under organic growing practices, with a quality-control department testing for pesticide residues at every stage. It produces IRRI-6 long grain and basmati rice under the domestic White Pearl brands — 92, Gold, Prime and Royal — alongside dedicated export labels. The group also runs jute and polypropylene bag mills, giving it rare vertical integration from field to finished sack. It employs more than 3,500 people, maintains offices in Pakistan, the United Kingdom and the UAE, and exports to over 35 countries including the UAE, Oman, the UK, Germany, Italy and Sri Lanka.
