ZEIDAN Trading Agency presents itself as a B2B supplier of seafood, sushi and Japanese ingredients and frozen food products in Jordan, based in the Wadi Al-Seer area of Amman. Its logo and site carry the words "Since 1974", and it describes itself as an established trading presence built over decades serving professional food-service buyers. The agency says it focuses on wholesale supply to professional kitchens and names four customer groups: hotels (for their kitchens, banqueting and day-to-day operations), restaurants, sushi restaurants, for which it organises a Japanese pantry and specialised frozen ingredients, and catering and food-service businesses. Its site lets buyers request a quotation from each product page and contact the team by phone or WhatsApp. Its published catalogue lists 28 items in three categories: seafood (frozen Atlantic salmon fillet and smoked salmon from Norway, tiger prawns from Vietnam, sea bass fillet from Turkey and calamari rings); prepared frozen seafood (breaded butterfly shrimp, breaded calamari rings, breaded fish fillets and fish fingers from Vietnam, white-fish burger patties and a frozen seafood medley); and sushi and Japanese ingredients (nori sheets, soy sauce, rice vinegar, wasabi paste and tempura flour from Japan, sushi rice from Italy, panko breadcrumbs and imitation crab sticks from Thailand, orange tobiko from Iceland, pickled ginger, sesame seeds, dried wakame, furikake seasoning, edamame, glazed unagi fillet and gyoza dumplings). For each item the catalogue gives the country of origin, pack size and storage (frozen, chilled, dry or ambient); the origins named include Japan, Norway, Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, Italy, Iceland, India, China, Spain and New Zealand. The site does not name any brands, certifications or warehouse and fleet figures, and it does not publish an email address.
