Habibah Sweets is a Jordanian oriental-sweets brand whose story, according to the company, began in 1947 with Al-Hajj Mahmoud Habibah, who came from Nablus, learned to make oriental sweets in a shop at Bab Al-Khalil in Jerusalem and developed his own kunafa recipe. According to its Gulfood exhibitor profile, Al Bandar Group was established in 2022 under a licence to use and operate the Habibah Sweets brand from Al-Hajj Mahmoud Habibah & Sons; it is based at the Al Bandar complex in Dabouq, Amman, and also runs the Solidaire brand of upscale desserts and chocolate.
