The Bahçıvan Peynir factory began operating in 1992 in Lüleburgaz, Kırklareli, on 44,000 m² of open space and 20,000 m² of covered space. The company states it uses advanced technology and expert staff to produce cheese and cheese products, butter and industrial products. The factory holds BRCGS, Halal production, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification and an export approval for European Union countries, and the company states it was among the first brands in Turkey to obtain ISO 50001. Its range includes white cheese, fresh kashar, mozzarella, strained cheese, labneh, regional cheeses, toast cheese and traditional butter. The company states it is among the top exporters in the dairy category, exporting cheese to more than 30 countries on four continents. Its head office is in Sarıyer, Istanbul.

Bahçıvan White Cheese
White cheese from pasteurized cow's milk with a porcelain-white colour and distinctive taste, in 900 g, 450 g (gourmet), 420 g sliced and 200 g crumbled packs.
Bahçıvan Fresh Kashar
Kashar matured in a dedicated ageing room to develop its flavour, aroma and yellowish colour, in packs from 200 g to 1,000 g.
Bahçıvan Traditional Butter
Butter made from the cream of milk collected from farms in the Thrace region, with a distinctive taste, aroma and colour, in 150 g, 5 kg and 25 kg packs.
