The Bahçıvan Peynir factory began operating in 1992 in Lüleburgaz, Kırklareli, on 44,000 m² of open space and 20,000 m² of covered space. The factory holds BRCGS, Halal production, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification and an export approval for European Union countries, and the company states it was among the first brands in Turkey to obtain ISO 50001. Its range includes white cheese, fresh kashar, mozzarella, strained cheese, labneh, regional cheeses, toast cheese and traditional butter. The company states it is among the top exporters in the dairy category, exporting cheese to more than 30 countries on four continents. Its head office is in Sarıyer, Istanbul.
