It has grown from a family business into a sector leader with 126 employees, operating in the Organised Industrial Zone with 20,000 m² of enclosed space, 10,000 m² of it production area, and packing and shipping up to 15,000 boxes a day. The range includes rolled pestil (rulo), folded pestil (muska), honey pestil with no added sugar, paper-thin sheet pestil (yaprak) and köme, walnuts dipped repeatedly in mulberry syrup. It also produces lokum (Turkish delight) with dried fruits and natural fruit aromas, baklava, mulberry, carob and grape molasses, rosehip and cornelian cherry marmalades, hazelnut and peanut spreads and tahini, and natural drinks such as basil water and rosehip nectar. Kral Pestil holds ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and Halal certification and runs showrooms in Trabzon, Istanbul, Gümüşhane and Bodrum.
