Taha Kargo (Taha Group) is an international shipping company headquartered in Esenler, Istanbul, operating since the 1990s, with branches in Ankara, Konya and Gaziantep and in Iraq: Erbil, Zakho, Kirkuk and Mosul. Its air arm, Taha Air Cargo (since 2011), is IATA-accredited and licensed by Turkish civil aviation. Shipment types: • Road freight to Iraq (core line): part loads (LTL) with daily departures, full truck loads (FTL) from panel van to tractor-trailer door to door, express 3–4 t minivans that bypass border queues, lowbed transport for out-of-gauge loads and heavy equipment, and reefer (frigo) transport with ATP-certified vehicles for cold chain — via the Habur crossing to Erbil, Baghdad, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok, Zakho, Basra and Kirkuk. Express transit: north 2–3 days, Baghdad 3–4, south 5–6. • Air freight: full, part and express loads, airport to airport or door to door — to Iraqi airports (Baghdad, Erbil, Basra, Najaf, Sulaymaniyah, Mosul, Kirkuk, Duhok) in 1–3 days, and to the Gulf, Europe and Asia. • Sea freight: full (FCL) and shared (LCL) containers — standard, open top, flat rack and reefer — port to port or door to door, via Mersin, İskenderun and Ambarlı. • Transit and combined transport: from Europe, the USA and China through Turkey to Iraq and the Middle East (road + sea Ro-Ro/container, road + air, rail + road). Destinations named on the site: Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia (road, air and sea), the UAE (air), the United Kingdom (road and air), Bosnia, and dozens of European and Asian countries by air; plus imports into Turkey from China, Europe, the USA, the UAE, South Korea and India. Cargo: general commercial goods, project and out-of-gauge cargo, machinery and construction equipment, chilled and frozen food (fruit and vegetables, meat, dairy), pharmaceuticals, household goods, samples and documents, and trade-fair goods.
