Available as whole or quarter carcasses in cloth or vacuum packing, in 12–25 kg cartons for the frozen line, or as boneless meat rolled in food-grade wrap. The facility runs ante- and post-mortem veterinary checks, and products are distributed via a refrigerated truck fleet.
