Madina Foods Trading Co. is a Saudi company that started out from its head office in Riyadh and says it has grown into one of the largest private food companies importing and trading foodstuffs in Saudi Arabia, referring to a history of more than fifty years. Its head office is in Alzain Tower on Salahudin Alayyobi Street in Riyadh's Malaz district. The company says it transports and distributes food products to all markets in the Kingdom through a large fleet of equipped vehicles and an experienced sales team, and that its main business is concentrated in the Central, Eastern and Western regions, followed by the other regions. Besides the head office it has branches in Dammam (Al-Khalidiyah Al-Oula) and Jeddah (Al-Sharafiyah), and states that its mission is to procure high-quality foodstuffs for the food-service industry, wholesalers and retailers. The catalogue on its website shows about 150 items across juices and syrups (jallab, blackberry, strawberry, pomegranate, rose and qamar al-din syrups, rose and blossom water, apple vinegar and Jilmar lemon juice), jams, halawa tahinia, hair halawa and tahini, dairy (kashkaval, feta, akkawi, shelal and halloumi cheeses and cream), molasses (pomegranate, grape and carob), virgin olive oil, Spanish green and black olives, pickles, sauces (ketchup, hot sauce, mayonnaise and ranch dressing), spices and thyme mixes, seeds and chickpeas, plus canned tuna, corn, mushrooms, pineapple and qamar al-din. The company says it markets and distributes well-known brands alongside its own brands, and that it deals with major suppliers in Europe, America and the Arab Mediterranean countries. Brands appearing in its catalogue include Moonaty, Darna, Delta, Lorena, Farmland, Sedon, Jilmar and Savor Life; the website does not say which of these are the company's own labels. It states that its vision is to become a benchmark leader in foodstuff trading in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
