Abbar Foods, legally Abbar & Sons Food Company, is a Saudi food and consumer-goods distribution company headquartered on King Fahd Road in Jeddah. The company states that it was founded in 1955 and has more than 65 years of experience; it is a subsidiary of Ghazi Abdullah Abbar Company, chaired by its founder Ghazi Abdullah Abbar, with Hani Abbar as CEO since 2013. It operates two core divisions: distribution and logistics, and trading and partnerships with international brands. Brands it distributes include Haribo (gummies and Chamallows), Swiss Kägi (chocolate wafers), Italian Pezzullo pasta, Olio Sasso (olive oil and pomace olive oil) and Spanish Salgado olive oil, British Green's (dessert mixes, custard, jelly, cake and pancake mixes), Chtaura (hummus tahina, rose and blossom water, pomegranate molasses) and Omani Nabil biscuits. The company owns two private brands: Hafel (cream fudge, butter cookies, microwave popcorn, rice and tuna) and Freshco (New Zealand milk powder, Thai tuna, Italian tomatoes, mayonnaise, ketchup, BBQ sauce, rice, grape leaves and breakfast cream).
