Today Chocolate is the brand of Philadelphia Chocolate Manufacturing Co., headquartered in Amman with production in Sahab. The company says it has been making chocolate in Jordan since 1992, sources its cocoa beans from international suppliers and relies on its own laboratory to keep the snap and melt of its chocolate consistent from batch to batch. Its range includes milk, dark and white chocolate bars (classic, hazelnut, almond, pistachio and red fruits; 55 g, 150 g and 160 g formats, flowpacks and sticks), the ZERO no-added-sugar and stevia-sweetened line including 77%, 88% and 99% cocoa dark chocolate, dragées (almond, hazelnut, crispy, pistachio, coconut, orange and date paste, raisin) in tin boxes and bags, hazelnut chocolate, pistachio and cashew creams in pails, cocoa powder in 100 g and 200 g packs, dressing (coating) chocolate bars and blocks for cooking and baking, gift boxes and candy. Its website states adherence to ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP standards and displays ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and Halal certificates.
