Ishtar Company for Chocolate and Sweets states that it was established in 2010 under the trade name "Sweiss Chocolate", launched a plan to expand production and marketing in 2014 and in 2015 moved its factory to a three-storey building in North Marka, Amman. It says its production team numbers 80 employees, supported by marketing, sales and logistics teams with a fleet of 11 vehicles. The website presents five lines: Sweiss cocoa-butter chocolates filled with gianduja, almonds, roasted hazelnuts, praline, caramel, Nescafe cream, cheesecake, Lotus and peanut-butter cream, plus chocolate-coated dates and occasion boxes; manufacturing chocolate (milk, dark and white moulds of 250 g, 1, 2.5 and 3 kg, drops and chips); creams and fillings in 5 kg pails such as hazelnut chocolate, pistachio, gianduja, cheesecake, orange and lemon creams; Turkish delight (raha), pistachio nougat, man wa salwa, sesame bars and lokum with rose, mastic and fruit (400 g); and mulabas dragees (sugar-coated almonds, chickpeas and fennel). The website does not state quality certifications or export markets. The company is listed as "Sweis Chocolate" in the Jordanian Exporters Directory 2025–2026 published by the Amman Chamber of Industry.
